Before it breaks, or better still....every two-three years, one should co-ordinate it with the same time they wash both sides of there face.
The problem is not the car.....it's the biscuits.

Its time to replace the windshield wiper when the rubber wiper blade is snaking its way off the wiper arm when it's in motion.

    P.S. I HAVEN'T stopped laughing !

You mean when it looks like this ?
Can't you duct tape this for a few more months of use ?

I wouldn't. You'd lose the preferred sinusoidal motion of that wiper blade in function.

It's time to replace the windshield wiper when the 3 passengers in your vehicle cannot stop making fun of you every time the defective wiper moves.

P.S. I think I broke a rib from laughing so hard ! I can't wait for the next road trip .

It's time to replace your windshield wipers when the wipers on a 1978 Pontiac wipe the rain off its windshield MUCH, MUCH BETTER than the wipers on a 2008 Ford.

P.S. My wife told me I've been laughing in my sleep since last Saturday. BTW, have the wipers been changed yet ?

Just use RainX, who needs wipers on a Ferrari? The wipers move slower than a chicken....

Is this for one blade , or did you change both for this price ?

After that drive in the pouring rain with no wipers, these new blades have made you see the light and the road.
